Parking Information

1. The second-floor apartment is entitled to two parking spots behind the house, under the El tracks.
2. The parking space closest to the back gate is reserved for the landlord.
3. The back area is a tow zone. If having a guest, call the landlord with the following information to avoid towing: car make/model and duration of visit.
4. We highly recommend that you purchase a city sticker and obtain the appropriate Zone 383 sticker, so you have the option of on-street parking as well as off-street parking.
